Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome.
How do I reserve a cottage?
You can secure a reservation in advance with a 50% downpayment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash and cash payments on-site.
Is the downpayment refundable?
Yes, but only for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled stay.
Is the park entrance fee included in the cottage rental?
No, the entrance fee is charged separately from the cottage rate.
Food & Dining
Can we bring our own food?
Yes! There is no corkage fee if you rent a cottage. If you visit without renting a cottage, standard corkage fees apply.
Are we allowed to cook or grill?
Yes, guests who avail of the Pool Area Use have access to our designated grilling area.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Yes, our restaurant is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, and 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends.
Is free breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the standard rates, but you are welcome to order meals directly from our restaurant.

How is the pool water maintained?
We use a premium filtration system that cleans the water up to 5 microns—the same advanced standard used in luxury hotels and condos.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are strictly not allowed in the pool and cottage areas.
Can small vehicles navigate the road to the resort?
Yes, the road is accessible for small sedans (like a Toyota Wigo), though it depends on driver experience and current weather conditions.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes, we offer a roundtrip shuttle service for groups (subject to minimum pax requirements). A 50% downpayment is required to secure your ride.
